Giving people with food allergies and intolerances the same food choices as everybody else has always been something Gemma has cared about and aimed to achieve. She was very proud when her book – Gluten-, Nut-, Egg- and Dairy Free Celebration Cakes was published by B. Dutton Publishing Ltd in 2012.
