Cakes can be made any flavour you like, popular choices are:
- Rich fruit cake, seeped in brandy and matured for 2 months!
- Vanilla sponge with local jam and buttercream.
- Rich moist chocolate cake filled with jam and Belgian chocolate ganache.
- Lemon cake soaked with lemon syrup and filled with a fresh lemon buttercream.
...and if you have an allergy or intolerance to any ingredients then cakes can be made to your requirements.

The price included delivery and setup within 5 miles of Brighton. Thereafter delivery will be charged at 80p per mile.
